Evangelist Kishaa is the founder and leader of Global Outlook Ministries, which was birthed in the middle of a worldwide pandemic in the year 2020. The entire world was in quarantine, and churches were closed. The great outdoors was the only option for a season in time that year to fellowship and have social gatherings. During this time, she completed a portion of biblical studies at Cottonwood College in Los Alamitos, California. A Growth and Development program, which brought her genuine spiritual growth. She had a divine encounter with the Holy Spirit on an evening of worship one night, and the power of God fell upon her so heavily that it became electrifying. 

She knew her spiritual connection with God had shifted to another level, and God was beginning to require more out of her as He was depositing more in her. 

She became well aware that God has chosen her for his divine plan and purpose. She received a spoken word from the lord one night, whispering Ezekiel 3:11, and with this scripture, the lord gave her a charge and mandate as he sent her out to speak around the globe. Evangelist Kishaa, anointed to speak with power and authority given to her by God, has always been summoned to chastise, discipline, and sometimes even rebuke through the written word of God young children, youth, and young adults.
